GRASS!!!!!

Well it has been 8 days since the hydro seeding and I am proud to say we have grass. And It is growing and growing. I was so worried that we would only have small patches with grass. But it is coming in great and In 5 more weeks we should have a thick lucious blanket of grass. Then we will invite everyone out for a bq.

Gabe vs the road

So today Gabe comes in the house crying. Jon and I look up and see his face. He told us he fell off the scooter without traing wheel. Whatever that means. And landed head first on the street. Then he tells us that he doesnt need a bandage. I so love the things that come out of Gabes mouth. It is what motherhood is all about.

Gabriel's new hair cut

So about a month ago I wanted to give gab a mohawk. Gab finally decided to let me because he hates his hair cut. He tell us it tickles him. Jamison was ofer and had to help get it straight. Thank Jameson!!! After we cut it I wanted to spike it but gabe didnt want to. So after talking him into it he finally let us. But still to this day he really dosent like it spiked. When Cadden saw Gabes hair he wanted a mohawk. But his parent wouldnt let him. They are so mean!!!! Just kidding Con I love you guys.

My Hair

Well After growing my hair out for 5 years. I decided to cut it with a short A line. I took in a picture and off I went to get my hair cut. After an hour She was done. It wasnt what I wanted. And It wasnt the picture I had brought in. But I like it. And hair will grow back. I must say it is so easy to do and is much cooler in this very hot weather. Jon loves it and has wanted me to cut it for months.

The Back yard

I am so glad to say the back yard is done and we are just waiting for the hydroseed to grow. All four of my backyard neighbor when in together and got a great deal. I just want to thank all my neighbors for all there hard work and help. I have the best neighbors ever!!! Oh and thank you to debi and mark for the sprinkler system without it we would not be able to aford grass. Thanks also to chris for coming out and helping my neighbor Con and us making the final ajustments to the sprinklers. And One more thanks to my mother for the filler dirt and paying for the seed.

So In about 2 weeks we should have 1 inch of grass and I so cant wait. I am just waiting to see if the dust and dirt that comes in the house stops and makes my life easier.

Also I am pleased to say my garden is doing great I have pea pods, tomatoes, pepers, potatoes, and carrots coming in and I have tasted the peas and they are wonderful.

Camp Williams Pool

Okay so on Sunday we decided to go the the pool and spend some family time.  I know we should have stay home and keeped the sabath holy.  But when Jonathan's only day off is sunday I wanted to do something fun with all of us.  So off we went.  The kids loved it.  Felicity jumped right in the second we go there.  We weren't there long befor the dark clouds came rolling in.  And It got cold.  Really cold.  But we still enjoyed the hour we got to spend splashing around.  I am sure we will spend many more days at the pool.  Plus It is only 50 dollars for a season pass.  Hey you can't beat that deal.  And since the pool is so big and has a huge shallow section the kids do really good.
