My Garden

So this last weekend Jonathans parent came up and put in a wonderful garden.  This is a first for me but I am looking forward to the many hours I well be spending with it.  Thank you so much mom and dad Berry.  It was also nice to have the company since Jonathan is in the Dominican Republic.  He is translating for the enginers that are building a school house for them.  He says It is hard to see how these people live and how poor they are.  But is enjoying using his spanish again.  Wish me luck on the garden.  There are three squares and are hooked up to the sprinklers.  Which is nice because I will forget to water them.  I have Strawberrys, Watermelon and Cantalope in on box.  Onions, Potatoes, Carrots and peas in the other.  And for the last on I have Corn, Pepers, and I cant remember the rest.  Since I couldnt find all of the fruits and vegies all ready grown at the store.  I planted some seeds.  It might be to late but there is always wishful thinking.  Oh and I almost forgot.  Mark and Debi even put a fence around it.  It keeps the kids out and anyother animal looking for a free meal.  Since I live in the middle of no where.  But I have my house and I do love my house.

Felicity and no training wheels

Felicity was the hardest to teach.  Well I didnt really teach her Jonathan did.  But she finally got it.

So two weeks ago all the kids learned how to ride there bike with no traing wheels.  I was sure Felicity would forever have them on.  Gabe learned first then Reagan and finally Felicity.  They go super fast and have only had a few falls.  

The Family

I love this picture.  We all look so happy and all my kids are smiling.  Now thats worth its weight in gold.  So there is me, dad, heather, Kay, Kaelacey,and felicity, reagan and gabe.  After driving back from Wyoming Heather treated us to dinner by picking up some salad and enchilada's and cheese cake.  I only wish Heather could have stayed longer.  But she had to get the rental car back and catch a plane in the morning.  It was a great way to end the day.

This is my Aunt Kay her husband Don and her Son Taylor.  Which I should add is graduating next week from High School.  Congrats Taylor!!!  Enjoy  the freedom and adventer.  

Visit With Dad

So for about the last week and a half I had the pleasure to have my dad and my Aunt Kay come to stay.  On Wednesday we headed up to Wyoming for my grandparent funeral service.  It was great to have all that time with my family and I already miss them.  I only wish they all lived closer.  The kids loved having grandpa and Aunt Kay stay with us.  We enjoyed the time together by just simple hanging out, which I wouldn't change for the world.   Oh I almost forgot dad bought me a freezer.  I love it.  Everytime I go out to it I will remember that fantastic week I had and all the laughs we shared.  To sum it up. Thats how family should be and thats how it is now.  Thanks Dad and Kay!

This last Picture is one with Felicity and Cadden     ( our back yard neighbor).  I have to say I kids have the best costumes out of all of them!  We all have to brag a little!

So on Tuesday April 28, 2009 Felicity had a bug program at school.  The parents had to make costumes for the kids.  Felicity decided to be a dragonfly.  So some coat hangers, tights, glue and some glitter we made it happen.  The program was really cute.  They sang song by class.  You could tell the kids where so proud of themselfs.  And so were the parents.  Ya ya came all the way out to see Felicity and it made her day.  Thanks Ya ya.

More Easter 2009

Here are more pictures from Easter.  On Sunday we all got together with my mom and family.  We First let the kids go and hunt for eggs in my moms back yard.  Then we had a yummy dinner.  It was so much fun to see Felicity and Averie (her cousin) play.  We need to get them together more often since they are only like 3 months apart.  The first on is of Mitch and Gabe.  Thank you Mitch for helping him, he was tickled.
